First I would like to thank you for a wonderful site!!! My son Nathaniel was born in March of 99, he was born with Down syndrome, a TEF and has tracheal malacia. He still has his trach and is gtube fed due to sever reflux. We are going in for ANOTHER bronch in July to see about taking the trach out. Nathaniel has had his trach since he was 3.5 weeks old.
