Caden Parker Hord

My son's name is Caden Parker Hord. He was born on May 15th 2002. He was diagnosed with complete trachea rings,
pulmonary artery sling, liver and bile duct problems, reflux and tracheobronchial malacia. He was the youngest and smallest child in the world to receive a Rex Shunt for his liver problems! He has been hospitalized since birth and he has been in Chicago Children's Memorial Hospital since May 24th, and we don't know when we can take him home. He is
ventilator dependent. He is such a happy baby, and he is on his way to being a healthy one too!
