Continuing Education
8.75 contact hours will be awarded to nurses who attend the entire program and complete an evaluation tool.

The conference will take place at the Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport, 1717 Airport Exchange Boulevard, Erianger, Kentucky, located minutes away from the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport.

When making reservations, be sure to identity yourself as a conference participant to receive the group rate of $105.00 per room. This rate does not include room end occupancy tax. Note: All reservations must be received by the hotel by May 22, 2008, to guarantee the group pricing.
Additional Information
There will be a separate room, located nearby, available during all speaking sessions that will be staffed with volunteers willing to entertain your children with activities, games, crafts, and videos.
PLEASE NOTE: all children with trachs must be accompanied by a parent or responsible caregiver. The volunteers staffing the children's room are not responsible for and cannot provide medical care for any child with a trach.
Cancellation Policy
The organizers of this conference reserve the right to cancel, postpone or change any portion of the conference due to any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, the conference will refund any registration fees but is not responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses to participants, including cancellations or charges assessed by airlines and travel agencies.
